Great for this Home Chef
I like this knife. I used it to cut carrots, and sliced onions for soup. I sliced tomatoes for salad. I like the handle size and gripiness. It does not get slippery when wet or greasy. I also like the slickness of the blade. Stuff does not stick to it easily. It glides through the stuff I am chopping or slicing.
My wife has much smaller hands than mine and does not like the handle or the blade shape. She is a chef. She likes a slim handle she can choke up on.
I am a home cook. I am not an artist. I want a substantial knife.

Great chef knife with great features!
The Clauss 8" Titanium Bonded Chef's Knife is a must have for any kitchen. As a home chef, I truly appreciate the strong, sharp, titanium blade and comfortable handle. The blade is corrosion resistant and does not discolor. The Santoku style is easy to use and the handle makes this an ideal knife for chopping, dicing, slicing, and cutting through even the toughest meats. This is a very professional quality knife without the high price that so many knives have.

8" knife
Very sharp 8" chef knife. The added bonus for saltwater environment is the corrosion resistant blade. Grip is OK, not the best and not the worse for comfort. It is non slip which adds to safety. Very little bend in blade if any. This is not your filet knife for fish. To stiff. Cuts thru most any type of kitchen food with ease. Nice thick blade for chopping.

Watch Out
This is a fantastic knife and great chef's knife. Awesome cutting grip handle but if you accidentally touch the blade you have been cut. I barely knicked my fingers on it twice and cut them both pretty goodm all I'm saying is be careful, but overall the knife is great.

Razor sharp out of the package. It cubed up a pork tenderloin very quickly. Raw potatoes cut up as if they were cooked...Very nice! It is a big knife, perfect for large cuts of meat. Great, non-slip handle. I would expect it to cost more than it does.

Clauss - 8'' Ti Chef's Knife
I have used the 8'' Ti Chef's knife for over a week know. It has a very good handle that fits both my wife's hands and mine. It holds a edge good I did not have to us steel on it every time. It cuts and dice meats and vegetables with ease.

My New go-to Knife!!!!
Ti Chef's knife withstood my test of fajita night. This menu requires a lot of chopping, slicing and dicing of many different textured foods. The handle is great, your hand does not slip, or move around even if your hand is damp. I love it!!!

Mom loves it
I got this knife for my mother. She has many knives. Most are very dull and not worth sharpening. I gave her this one and she loves it. She cooks all the time. I wish I had got her one sooner.
