Love the Handle
When I first pulled the knife out of the package, I was like this really isn't that sharp,how is it going to cut. Well,I've tested it on soft and medium bread crusts (no hard crust bread in household yet) it holds up against my other bread knife. I will have to see how it lasts long term in terms of the blade. However, I love the handle, it's a great handle to grip without hand fatigue from using and the antimicrobial benefits are a major plus. The knife fit perfectly in my wooden knife block set, however I would have to get a new knife block if I had too many more larger grip handled knives. I would recommend to anyone just due to the handle alone! I can't wait to utilize it more.

Great for Bread
My wife is very pleased with the quality of the Clauss 9" Titanium Bread Knife. She uses the knife for a variety of culinary purposes for which I am very grateful and pleased.
The quality of build of this knife appears to be well above average and I expect the knife to last for many years.

I love how sharp this knife is. It goes through bakery fresh bread without mangling it. I was presently surprised that cutting bread was actually easy when you buy the right knife, and this is the right knife!! Highly recommended

How does one keep this knife sharp. And can it be professionally sharpened if gets dull or can it just be replaced? Can any of your serrated knives realistically be sharpened?
