Rated 5 out of 5 by matthew from Where have you been all my life I cannot count the amount of times that my pencil tip broke and I had to stop what I was doing and chisel away at a new point. When you chisel away it's never really a good point but off by 1/16 or so. This utility knife serves two purposes. The less tools I have to carry the better. This knife is very sharp, very accurate! The pencil sharper was fantastic. No longer am I off on my cuts and measurements. I can honestly say this is one of the best items I have in my tool belt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PDXART from Hidden Gem I received this knife a week ago. When I first opened the knife I would've given it 1-2 stars because the main blade was not attached to the very difficult slide mechanism. After I pushed the blade all the way through I saw 2 more blades behind the main blade - it was a hidden gem! I had to insert the main blade back onto the slide mechanism. Once it was inserted correctly the mechanism slide smoothly with great indexing. This is the first 'box cutter' knife I've used for many years. I use if primarily as an artist to cut fine details. I've gone through the first 1/2 of the main blade and it's wonderful to get a new, sharp tip so quickly. The grip is grippy and the only complaint is I prefer a smoother surface. The 'jimping' is not very comfortable when I use the knife for more than 10 minutes. I'm guessing the intent of this handle is to use it once and put it away - like you do when cutting boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rockysan from Heavy Duty and solid in the Hand I received this for trial and review. This knife feels great in the hand. It is built really well. I like the spare blades in a magazine within the body of the knife. Although I haven't found the need for the pencil sharpener (I use a mechanical pencil), it is a nice addition. I recommend this utility knife for every day use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chris from Make the move to enhance your tool bag. Good quality if you are looking for a high use cutter. Not bulky to use, but still has the features needed to get the job done. Good grip on the sides. Easy to use. It is a lot better and safer than using a small sized cutter. Make the move and get this cutter for added comfort and satisfaction in your tool.

Rated 3 out of 5 by joesmegul from Good idea, not a great design I like the idea of having a pencil sharpening available, but the size and placement of this one if very impractical. The sharpener was very loose straight out of the package as the blade wasn't seated properly. The sharpener doesn't work with carpenter's pencils which is also a big downside for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lilyp from Heavy Duty & Sharp This is a great snap blade utility knife. It is sharp and cuts very nicely and with ease. The grips on the sides make it very comfortable to hold. Also, it comes with a handy pencil sharpener.

Rated 5 out of 5 by chaby88 from Heavy duty and very sleek design I love this utility knife, it is heavy duty so if you drop it say from a latter it will not break. Is slides up and down very easy and just snap off the tip for a new blade.

The problem I'm having is that the extra blades carrier now refuses to slide all the way in when it used to. At first, I thought the red button wasn't working properly. I removed it but the carrier still won't go in all the way. I see nothing blocking it.
Please send some pictures of your utility knife to [email protected] so that we can try and identify the problem with your knife.
