Best utility knife I have ever used!
I have used this to open a LOT of boxes and cut up boxes. It works EVERY time! The blades retract with ease, which is a frustration I have had with other utility knives. This is a well-designed tool!

Garbage
I used it once and the metal sleeves that protrude out of the top of it bent while trying to cut plastic sheeting. Probably about 2mm thick.
