Rated 5 out of 5 by calex715 from I love this Clauss knife! I was asked to review the 10" Titanium Bonded chef knife. From Acme United Brands. I have to say, it's the best chefs knife I've ever used. The handle is a soft grip handle making so it doesn't slip while using. The blade itself glides easily while chopping. Very heavy duty knife. Comes with a lifetime warranty. And instructions as to the care of your knife. Little bigger than what I'm used to, but once I used it several times it was wonderful to use. Making my cutting and chopping so much easier. I am very pleased with this knife by Clauss.

My wife agreed and we decided to give it to a friend who operates a large farm marked who processes large quantities of vegetables that require trimming. He was very impressed and gave it top ratings as well did his staff.

Not a good quality knife. In fact I believe it to be very dangerous. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bridgette from I love this knife! I didn't anticipate this knife being as sharp as it is and was a little intimidated by its size but it is very easy to handle. I love it. It cuts through everything like butter, you don't even need to apply a lot of pressure. Its a great knife!

I do a good amount of cutting in my kitchen and I have tried many knives and this is one of the best I own. The knife has good weight and gives you a clean cut every time. Real nice product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer from Amazingly the best 10" knife I have used. I do not use large knives often so I set out to make this an experience to test it. After planning my "freezer meals" for two weeks (Yes, I make two weeks worth of meals at a time), I set out to manage all my chopping, dicing, and slicing with this knife; except where smaller knives were necessary and just wow, this knife blew me away. Easily, this knife is now a new favorite; I wont use it for everything I tested it out on but for a lot of the things I chop and dice, this knife made it much easier; for example, when dicing the movement was so smooth and the momentum was easy to continue. It is sharp but I did not cut myself once as the knife is easy to control with its weight. The blade is titanium and is so much harder than stainless steel of some of my other blades so the quality is felt as it is being used and the food did not stick to the knife. The grip is so comfortable and did not slip at all even with the wetter items I had to dice and chop up. My hand was a bit tired from the weight of the knife but I did have a lot of chopping to do and it was done much quicker; nice trade off compared to other knives I would of had to use. The other thing I was impressed with is the handle contains an antimicrobial agent which will inhibit the bacterial growths that cause stains and odors; a lot of my wooden handled knives had issues with that.
