The Clauss 6” Curved Boning Knife dons a blade and handle combination worthy of culinary professionals who expect only the best from their cutlery. The titanium bonded blade is 3x harder than stainless steel so the blade can retain its edge across countless cuts, and it will handily resist adhesives and corrosion along the way. Also featuring an oversized backbone for enhanced durability and precision ground blade, there is little the Curved Boning Knife cannot handle in the kitchen. The handle has built in antimicrobial protection as well as a non-slip grip to prevent the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria and ensure secure handling of the knife in any situation. Backed by our Lifetime Warranty and NSF approval, the Clauss 6” Curved Boning Knife will deliver in professional and household kitchens alike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Abraxialflame from This knife makes me feel like a kitchen ninja This knife immediately became the best kitchen knife I own. Normally, I have to run new knives over a fine hone sharpening stone for a while to get the kind of edge I expect on a kitchen knife, especially a slicey dicey curved knife. Not this bad boy. It can slice paper thin tomato slices, cut meat like its warm butter, and probably a bunch of other things that you shouldn't be doing with this type of blade anyway, like the paper test (which it passed easily. Before I tried the tomato.) I honestly kind of want to throw out 95% of my other kitchen knives and get some more of this Clauss series. If this knife disappoints you, then you have unrealistic standards in knives. That's the bottom line. I could easily pay 10 times as much for a knife that isn't even half this good. In fact, I have. :(

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cymbre from Curve is a little hard to handle The quality of this knife is, as per usual with this brand, great. However the curve of this knife is a little off from what I've come to expect from a boning knife. I had already disposed of my previous knife when I got this one, so I couldn't compare and see if it was more curved or less, but either way it took a little to get used to. Yep length was perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by nursefrogette from Good knife From the looks of the knife it is made with good quality. I have not had the chance to us it for much since it's winter but I did put a much finer edge on it. I would have liked for it to come with a sheath of some kind though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by richd from Good knife! I recently had the opportunity to use this knife in the kitchen for the first time was impressed. The grip angle was comfortable and did not get slippery throughout use. It also held an edge well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Romey from Evolved Perfection Blade to handle angle is nearly ideal. Likewise for the blade flexibility. Together with a remarkably keen edge this knife is nearly ideal for boning out big game.
