A leader in the field due to its Titanium Bonding, the Clauss 7" Tin Snips boast blade surfaces 3x harder than untreated steel. This allows the snip to hold its edge much longer than traditional blades across countless cuts, while also being highly resistant to corrosion and adhesives. Precision ground edges on the blades also ensure a tight grip on each cut for superior cutting quality. The Tin Snips can cut straight, notches, and wide curves alike, making them ideal for cutting low carbon cold rolled steel among other things. Other great fields of application include, but are not limited to plumbing, heating, air conditioning and roofing trades. Complete with non-slip, cushion handles for comfort and control, the Tin Snips are as reliable as they are easy to use. Also available in 7" (item #18476) and 12" (item #18478) for those seeking a bit less or more reach in their cut, respectively.
