How can I buy extra blades for model no. 18966?

why would you design a knife that will not keep a blade out. ( It is very easy to put a blade back in) and also design an integrated rope cutter that you can not cut a rope with. Possibly a string cuts easily but that is just is easy to do with the blade

I can't seem to get my box cutter to engage the blade. I've tried several ways to slide the blade forward but I can't get it to lock with the blade out.

The box cutter doesn’t lock the blade. Auto retractable blades are designed to slide back when you release the button. Please email us at [email protected] if the issue persists.
