At Clauss® we believe our legendary products should be supported by an equally legendary promise.
If your Clauss product fails to perform due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it regardless of age. Normal wear, sharpening, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value. Send the product in its original box for proof of purchase along with an explanation of defect. Other consumer rights may vary from state to state. Replacement blades and springs are excluded from the lifetime warranty.
Clauss products are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the original package. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect IS NOT covered. Approved defective products will be replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value at the sole discretion of Acme United Corporation.
You can also return the item to the store where it was purchased per the stated returns policy of the retailer.
ALL warranty claims MUST include the following forms of proof of purchase by the a original end-user purchaser.
- Proof of purchase - A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase (Product images can be submitted via upload within the form below)
- Return of the damaged product by POSTAGE PAID mail to Acme United. (Packages not postage paid WILL NOT qualify for warranty claims)
